Does 1.040 include 1.033?

Does 1.040 include 1.033?

I think the last patch I installed was 1.016. I didn't upgrade after that because I was in the middle of several PBEM games using 1.016. Now I'm ready to move to 1.040. Do I need to apply 1.033 first? Or can I skip that one and go right to 1.040, on the assumption that 1.040 includes 1.033?

v1.040 is fully comprehensive, it's the only patch you need at this point regardless of previous version.
