alpha channel spinner

when you hover the mouse over the Alpha Channel spinner on the colour selection window, the wrong popup message appears.

Hardly a showstopper I know, and I have tried to resist drawing it to your attention but i just couldnt manage it, sorry.[:D]

Fixed. I see now that the Proceed and Cancel buttons had the wrong hints too! Ah, the perils of 'cut and paste' programming...
