How do you transfer Dutch units from Bali to Java?

You need to changere HQ as they are a restricted command.

So change to SW PAc or SEAC 1st then you can move em by ship, aircraft or sub

Yes, but shouldn't I be able to transfer Dutch units around the Dutch Islands without changing their command?

You can always move them from base to base via land, but if you want sea or ait transport the system doesn't care WHERE they go, pay the PP...

Yeah, you'd think that. But the "game" doesn't know where your going to put the units once you put them on the ship. It's going to cost you the same PP to move them 120 miles on the ship the same as if you were shipping them to Darwin, or San Fran for that matter.
