Won't download!@#$!#@$

I can't download the game. It starts to download, but it stops...there it goes again...frozen at 36%. This is really getting annoying. What is going on?

Stopped at 2%. Grrr.........

Have you tried using a download manager such as that at www.stardownloader.com? Also, try turning off other background programs and resetting your internet connection. Who is your internet provider?

It should be your provider because I never had problems with matrix' server.
Yep, Erik's right: use a download manager to resume the download.
