Looking for New Players for 1v1

I just recently got the game and I'm looking for similarly new players to play against. I can either play either side.

I prefer to play with the following rules, but I'm flexible:

Auto-Victory-On
Advanced Supply-On
Area-Supply-On
Fog of War-On
No End Date-On

I hope to be able to play 5 turns a week.
