Sure he´s Percival, the commander who lost Singapore...[:(]. He was very critized because he couldn´t avoid the disaster. He was captured and he was present when the final japanese surrender at the Missouri

Wingate always was pictured with a beard so I agree that it is Percival. It was a crime that he was allowed to be at the surrender after his poor performance as a commander.
