Awww Shucks!!!

Post by diesel7013 »

Well -

I was cleaning out my office and my 3 yr old was helping me ( it's important that you realize that it's HIS fault, not mine! ) and he stepped on my UV disk - causing much damage and breakage...

Is there anyway that I can either:

Send it in and get another copy for a nominal fee?
or
Download it and go from there?

I did purchase direct from Matrix - so they should have my purchase info...

What do yall think??

Is UV currently installed on your PC?

There are cracks out there that will allow you to play it without the disc. I would not recommend this as they are also rife with malware and spyware.

Perhapse contacting UV tech support. Perphaps if you are willing to provide the broken disc they will replace. It would be the decent thing to do.

If not, best bone up on your computer security.[;)]

I've always been able to play my version 2.30 UV without the disc in the drive.....

No cracks either....
Maybe I did a full install....I can't remember...
