Major bug: Replacements out of a thin air!!!

I have just discovered another major bug! After I have loaded damaged planes on to a cargo TF I saw that some were not loaded. I went to check how many have left. To my astonishment I discovered that one group that was not loaded has 247 planes in repair??! I loaded save game and loaded groups individually onto single ship TF. Only than it was normal. The game is PBEM v1.6

Well, the scenario is Guadalcanal. I had 5 groups of Betty LB at Rabaul with some damaged and some aircraft in repair. I'll take one for example,
G2/Kisarazu Daitai which had 11 ready and 8 in repair. I have transferred all ready planes from all groups to Kavieng. TF of 4 AK, at Rabaul, loaded 4 groups including Kisarazu. I've checked the ready part of Kisarazu in Kavieng. It had 11 ready and 245 in repair.
