CTD

When I press the development or province management tab,I experience a crash to desktop.What other info do you need or will a save be good?

15 years
highest glory wins and everything else normal
It occured in the first year of play and appeared to be random.Any province I clicked caused the crash.
I have since started a new game with the same settings.I deleted all saves,maybe it was a bad save.I am alot farther in the game than the first one and it has not occurred yet.
