copy of PacWar

Post by jshudson »

I was once an avid "PacWar" fan, "Carrier War" and "Carriers at War" fan. Alas through moves and a messy breakup I have lost these classics. I have been looking for some time now to replace them but cannot find them in stock or available anywhere. Any suggestions!?

Try www.abandonwarering.com
They have good links to most abandonware sites.

I've downloaded Pacwar 1.2 but no manual came with it. Can anyone tell me where I can get one. Never played this before but it looks quite interesting.

I have found PacWar version 1.2 on the net. Is this the latest version, or is it the x22 version? Whats the difference between them?

1.2 is actually 1.1, when they put it on Cdrom in like 20 war gamers classics, they named the version 1.2, it however IS 1.1

x22 would have that in bottom left od startup meny (1.1x22)

x22 patch can be had at http://members.aol.com/pacwar

Or wait for Matrix's patch which will be better then x22
