Little Green and Yellow Boxes by Cities

Crown of Glory: Europe in the Age of Napoleon, the player controls one of the crowned potentates of Europe in the Napoleonic Era, wielding authority over his nation's military strategy, economic development, diplomatic relations, and social organization. It is a very thorough simulation of the entire Napoleonic Era - spanning from 1799 to 1820, from the dockyards in Lisbon to the frozen wastes of Holy Mother Russia.

They are the units (green) and leaders (yellow) which are currently garrisoned in that city. Inspecting the city will bring up a list of their details.

Well, that's what I thought too...but there are no leaders where I have Yellow boxes next to my cities/fortresses, just the city's name and the militia unit that is garrisoned there....?

thanks...faron.

The yellow dot means that you are improving something in the city such as a bank, farms, barracks, or culture or something like that.
