Free Passage

Crown of Glory: Europe in the Age of Napoleon, the player controls one of the crowned potentates of Europe in the Napoleonic Era, wielding authority over his nation's military strategy, economic development, diplomatic relations, and social organization. It is a very thorough simulation of the entire Napoleonic Era - spanning from 1799 to 1820, from the dockyards in Lisbon to the frozen wastes of Holy Mother Russia.

the free passage option as really too much weight in the treaty proposal [;)]
and Prussia really hates France in 1805..

How the heck did he do that?
I had logged as a bug that free passage agreements could only be for one year - is there a patch I don't have?

i was france, and i did that treaty.. u can choose month and year of end of the free passage... the problem is that with 5 or 10 years of free passage u can obtain nearly everything, also provinces..
