I have noticed that that the US Inf Div have a M8 scout car and 0.5in AAMG in the toe but no equipment yet and none in the resource table, when does this become available

I have noticed that that the US Inf Div have a M8 scout car and 0.5in AAMG in the toe but no equipment yet and none in the resource table, when does this become available

The 50 Cal MG are available at the beginning of the war and the M8 Armoured Cars at the end of 1943. The Divisions will fill out to full TOE as equipment builts up in the pools.
