Bug with my Swedish navy

Click on Swedish navy, then click on the pull-down order button(no blockade, no port attack) and then you can't do anything anymore.
I wanted to upload my save it but it doesn't allow me to do that. attachment.

OK, i renamed my zip file to txt. So please put it back to zip to get my save.
