Another great diplomacy action that should be added: Refuse Passage

Crown of Glory: Europe in the Age of Napoleon, the player controls one of the crowned potentates of Europe in the Napoleonic Era, wielding authority over his nation's military strategy, economic development, diplomatic relations, and social organization. It is a very thorough simulation of the entire Napoleonic Era - spanning from 1799 to 1820, from the dockyards in Lisbon to the frozen wastes of Holy Mother Russia.

Another great diplomacy action that should be added: Refuse Passage

I am playing as Spain and am allied with France. We were at war with Russia among others. France got Russia to surrender and ally with her. But I am still at war with Russia. Guess whose rolling her endless supply of men into Spain through France? Russia!!!

I need an diplomatic option to tell France to REFUSE PASSAGE to Russia!!!

Yeah, they need to tweak the Surrender terms a bit to avoid these types of situations.

And I wouldn't mind a button somewhere that just turns off all those passage treaties that are proposed in triplicate each and every turn. At a minimum, tone down the AI asking for them with such frequency. [;)]
