Supply waggons

Crown of Glory: Europe in the Age of Napoleon, the player controls one of the crowned potentates of Europe in the Napoleonic Era, wielding authority over his nation's military strategy, economic development, diplomatic relations, and social organization. It is a very thorough simulation of the entire Napoleonic Era - spanning from 1799 to 1820, from the dockyards in Lisbon to the frozen wastes of Holy Mother Russia.

Little of topic but I noticed that I could supply my infantry from 3-5 hexes away without moving wagon or infantry unit.
Bug maybe ?

IIRC, it's based on the proximity of depots and also the quality/command of your army. I don't recall the specifics off the top of my head, but it's definitely not random.

Those wagons do have a resupply range on the detailed battle map. Each counter is of course not a single wagon, so they're able to send out resupply to a unit within range.
