How long time do you spend for one turn ?

Crown of Glory: Europe in the Age of Napoleon, the player controls one of the crowned potentates of Europe in the Napoleonic Era, wielding authority over his nation's military strategy, economic development, diplomatic relations, and social organization. It is a very thorough simulation of the entire Napoleonic Era - spanning from 1799 to 1820, from the dockyards in Lisbon to the frozen wastes of Holy Mother Russia.

About 5 to 15 minutes but i am not playing the tactical level much. So far most of my turns are area movement and combat.[8D]

the first turn takes awhile to set everything up . then in this game one must first check the events screen and see what has taken place and adjust accordingly. i spend as much as 30 mins checking everthing. i make a list and go right down it. great game. ive only tried one nation so far and am enjoying thoughly. to get back to your question. 30 mins is not out of the norm although one could blow through a turn in a few mins only to pay dearly for anything missed. email looks like the way to go with this one much like UV or WITP.
