Expel foreign Diplomat..how to?

Quick question: How can I expel a foreign diplomat?

Move one of your diplomats to the same province and click on his diplomatic actions button and find the selection which says "capture/expel"...this may force the province to expel the diplomat....fb

Doesn't have to be in the same province, just the same nation. Not sure if this is a manual errata or no.
