Question about Units

Crown of Glory: Europe in the Age of Napoleon, the player controls one of the crowned potentates of Europe in the Napoleonic Era, wielding authority over his nation's military strategy, economic development, diplomatic relations, and social organization. It is a very thorough simulation of the entire Napoleonic Era - spanning from 1799 to 1820, from the dockyards in Lisbon to the frozen wastes of Holy Mother Russia.

the men you see indicate amount of men in the units, in the number of men you see and troop quality in the unit.

at the left end of the picture of the mens in the unit you can see 3, three bars, green bar tell men in the unit, blue bar tell unit quality based in morale and white bar tell unit initiative

By 'quality' on this thread, everyone means morale.

The pretty pictures range from guard-like, through normal inf, to militia type, and the number/type of them is just a representation of unit morale.
