Ordered on July 2nd. Why has this order not been sent? Its still pendind shipment! Please respond.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! I checked on the order status of my order and it has been canceled. After several emails to both Matrix and Digital River this issue has still not been resolved!
Its wasting my time and has become another unwanted irritant. Advise.
