To give the game a bit more balancing,i reckon the USA should be at war not later than Mid 1942,43 USSR is normally finished and to much damage around the globe has been done for the US to make a comeback

That is not my experience. I find that Russia can most often stay decently alive till the US enters the war. Not always but usually.

We can put it to a test though - my email is janbs@stofanet.dk - feel free to take the Axis and lets take it for a spin. Maybe one of us is missing a strategic element and I can see no better way to find out than to play it out.

If the western allies support the Soviets with around 30 supply a turn. This should be done from the first turn of the game. This way the Soviets can build and research enough to stay alive. Removing the supply production burden gives the Soviets more resources to put to getting units to defend and counter attack.
