If you have not yet received your boxed copy (read this)

Hi everyone,

While the vast majority of orders were filled, some customers have sent us notification that their boxed copies have not yet arrived. We investigated this with Digital River and found that, after some initial delays due to the July 4th weekend, there followed a shortage of printed DVD boxes which has now been corrected (they under-estimated demand a bit). All remaining pending orders should ship out tomorrow and we expect no further delays as the necessary adjustments to stock of printed boxes has been made.

We apologize for any inconvenience. If you do not see notification that your order has shipped by Thursday morning and you placed it last week or earlier (and your payment method has cleared), please let us know.
