Battle of the Solomons
The Americans have it ,looks like decided to reinforce the Solomons. The up coming battle should be interesting. Still don't know where the American carriers are. The battle for Rabaul has grown to become the battle for the Solomons 1941. The Americans will now know there are front line IJN carriers in the area. As you can see there will be some ships not getting home. The American crusier force was airstuck 3 times, 4-5 CAs took about 3-6 bomb hits each. The kates were set to range of 5, but now they are set to a range of 4(torpedo range). The CVs are going to swing below Lunga and engage the Americans. BOMBS AND TORPEDOS AWAY

Sink Them All
The task is to destroy all TFs in the area before KB 1 leaves. The Americans have decided to reinforce Lunga, troops aircraft and PTs. After Rabaul has fallen it will be time to eleminate this pit of snakes. The battle has been begun and now to finish the American Cowboys.

Little trouble in big China
Here is the situation in northern China.....
Yenen Tom has 95,000 combat troops it seemed to me (and Lew for that matter) that he would have to abandon the road junction to the north, and it appears he has. Now to try to take advantage of this without getting cut off. So I have an Ind. Brigade on the move with some Mon. Cav. coming up as support. Will he give way at Yenen to save the bases to his rear, or fly in some troops (more likely) to hold.

Need more bombs and torpedos
"We have engaged the enemy-----aircrews have shown great honor and it should please the Emperor on the damage inflicted upon the enemy. Are retiring do to reduced inventory of bombs and torpedos. Following, is after action reports from the many airstrikes flown today from KB1. Know enemy losses are 5 heavy cruisers, 2 troop transports and 1 supply transport, Hopefully by the time we have fully retired there may be more losses. Message from the assault on Rabaul would indicate the fall of Rabaul in the next few days. I will leave the transports at Lunga to the carriers Hosho and Taiyo."---- Nagumo

Where are the carriers Chief?
Coral Sea aboard U.S.S Chicago, Dec 18---
Seaman First Class Smith--" Hey Cheif do you know where we are going and will we see any Japs."
Petty Chief Gordon---- " Smith don't worry about seeing any Japs. We will kick their A-- if we do. The Japs can't fight at all any way. We are escorting some transports to some jungle island, I think it is call Guadacanal or sometime like that."
SIX DAYS LATER
Smith--As water was splashing over the edge of the raft " Chief I thought you said don't worry about the Japs. Where are our carriers Chief ?"
Gordon-- " I don't have any idea where the carriers are, and it is above my pay grade to know. All those Jap planes and none of ours to be found.. I haven't seen so much flying around and all of it directed at us, since that Assuie bar in Brisbane a year ago."

McHale's Navy
McHale's Navy have taken up station at Lunga. It is time to elimate those drinking , thieving sailors. The virtues of the ladies of the island are at stake. In such, the hammer of Battlegroup Kono with 2BBs will making a visit to Lunga and will not be drinking with McHale or his boys. Yamaguchi has decided to join the action and show that what Imperial air groups can do.
South Pacific--- Baker amph force II will be landing in two days. This time supported by 2 CVs and a small surface force of 1CL and 6DDs. Hope I don't show up to a battleship/crusier fight with destroyers.
