Hello...

Primarily a rework of the computer opponent strategy routines. It will attack CenPac less often and handle attacks a little differently. We also worked towards fixing a bug in the replenishment routine and a couple of bugs in which initialization variables were not cleared between games in the same session.

Spending most of our code time on another Pacific project, right now.
