It almost looks like a Go-22, but the lack of a nose wheel pant and the difference in the main gear pants say no...

It IS in fact, a wingless Gotha 229. Couldn't make it too easy. According to the site I found it on, it's one of the prototypes...

Good one Terminus! I would have kept looking for quite a while. (and I did, it's a slow day at work!) but pretty much ruled out th 229 because of the differences in the wheel pants.
