Its may 17th 42 in my pbem game. Still loosing ac like crazy too the jap player in air to air combat. When does the air modifier end for the jap player in version 1.6.[&:]

It ended on May 1st. Check section 17.4 in the manual.

Allies lose more to superior Japense EXPERIENCE than they do to the "Zero bonus". You're still losing planes, becuase your oppent has good pilots.

When I need info like that I go into the scenerio or database editor to find out the exact dates

As Titanwarrior89's opponent, I can confirm that the experience level is the key. But I can also say that the Japanese pilot experience level is a slippery slope, all downhill. I've done my best to make the most of what I have, but it's just a matter of time.
