Crown of Glory: Europe in the Age of Napoleon, the player controls one of the crowned potentates of Europe in the Napoleonic Era, wielding authority over his nation's military strategy, economic development, diplomatic relations, and social organization. charge over river bug

it seems that the computer controlled Turkey can charge over river is that a bug or a upgrade

Two things allow someone to charge over the river. The river being frozen, and fords.

The frozen river is obvious, but sometimes the fords are hard to see, especially when just starting a game. And sometimes, there's so many dang fords there's no point to using the river defensively at all.

Can charge over river when frozen, there is a ford, or there is a bridge. If you see it when one of these does not apply, please let me know. We actually did have this bug a few months before release, but I think it was fixed.
