Sea Mobile Divisions/Units

Hi guys!

Need some help here..........playing the japs and was wondering how does one know which jap formations (ARMY) in china can be sea lifted. I have the same problem with the aussie's units. It seems several if not all their units can not be moved via sea transport?

How does one distinguish between divisions/units that can be transported by sea and ones that must remain for defence etc.

Units that are attached to Imperial GHQ, China Expeditionary Army, Kwantung, West Coast, ANZAC, Nationalist China cannot be moved. These units historically had limited deployment options. It wouldn't be fair to allow the IJA player to take all of the units from China and deploy them in the Pacific, just like it wouldn't be historic to allow the Australians to send all of their units to the East Indies or New Guinea in 1941. Some units get transferred to other HQ's at certain months, allowing you to move them.
