Bermuda Triangle?

I wanted to replenish a British Bombardment TaskForce at sea doing it's work on Rangoon. So I went to India and created a replenish TF, when I pressed 'y' on the other TF, the replenish TF vanished. Since this my first game on the new PW, I wanted to check this subject, so I went to Pearl Harbour and created another one and guess what, there where the two vanished ships from India.
After a couple of tries, it seems that I cant create replenish TF in India but elsewhere it works fine.
