is it because COG has shifted the WAW fans to their site [&:]

BF2 could be a reason ... in fact i got BF2 as well ... but i think fans of WAW and BF2 are two different group of players (as least in terms of age ...)

After 16 years, Civ II still has me in it's clutches LOL!!!
Now CIV IV has me in it's evil clutches!

Hi all,

It is summer... IMHO this is quite expected because almost all Matrix forums are much less visited nowadays (even WitP forum which was always the bussiest place)...

Yes baby, if you love napoleon then get this. It is a very good game. Great for PBEM and on line play.

Check out the forum and A511 post on World At war fans and the game. I have a nice comparison on the two there.

It has been quiet! Most of the matrix staff is gone, and there are probably a lot of vacations. I'll bet things will pick up when they finish TCP/IP. As far as COG goes, I got the game when it came out but had a little trouble getting into it. Maybe when the patch comes out I will give it another go. [8D]

I am quiet because I am laying low after the beating forwarn handed out, and I want to see the new patch as to victory conditions, unfreezing Persia, etc. For what it is worth, you really should play against HarryBanana.
