War Plan Orange Testing Team Recruitment

Hi everyone,

We are starting to recruit a few Matrix Forum members to help with the new War Plan Orange testing and eventual post-release updates. As we have stated in other recruiting posts, beta testing is not the same as playing the game, so please consider if you have the time, commitment and discipline required to start and complete this process when you volunteer.

If you complete our testing requirements, your reward will be personal satisfaction, a free game copy, and international recognition by giving you credit for your contribution in the game credits.

We need a few capable volunteers who have the time, interest, enthusiasm and a willingness to test. In some cases, you will be assigned specific areas to test, in others you'll have free reign. Initially, we also want some "fresh eyes" to give us the perspective of someone who has never seen the game before and to make sure that we haven't gotten stuck in a pattern with our current testing that may have missed any obvious bugs or gameplay issues before release. There may be some opportunities for design input and you get an early look to help us make sure it's as solid as possible for everyone.

Is new game testing for you?

Do you or would you enjoy the challenge and satisfaction of new game testing? If you would like to find out, make a commitment to volunteer and join our Volunteer Test Team for War Plan Orange.

The openings in our Test Teams are being filled quickly and we plan to end our volunteer recruiting by the end of July. If you are still thinking about joining do it now!

Im not sure. So far I know how many members are on the team, but I don't know who they are yet. I would think you would find out in a few days.

If you e-mailed us, you should receive a reply either way. The testing team should be hearing from us within the next day with instructions.

Odd, didn't get a reply either way. Oh well, probably something I did wrong.

Too bad I missed this. I would have loved to have done some testing of the game.

Oh well, good luck on getting it done. I might even do a writeup on it for SimHq if grad school doesn't take up all my time.
