Ocean color

I know there already exists a thread like this one, but the question in it hasn't been answered yet. I'm experiencing the same problem as Lebatron - the color of politically frozen sea zones is too similar to the unfrozen ones and it would be nice to differentiate them, thus allowing to tell them at a glance. So, is there a way to fix this (such as changing a parameter in the art.txt file - but which one?)...?

You should be able to find the art file without too much trouble, here's a list of the colour codes:

These codes will be usefull but not until someone can point out where in the art.txt file the politically frozen ocean color is listed.

You can change nation color to whatever you want here, but there is no line for the ocean. Where is it???????
