Highland won't end?

I am right now at Day 12 of the Highland Campaign and the "Solus Victory" event has occurred. Usually, the Invasion Event should be triggered within the next 5 days afaik, but it seems that until day 20, nothing has happened... is there anything I might need to do to trigger it?

Same-o here, I'm stuck with repeated Solus Missions that just wont end...I can't get anywhere else, and basically I'm left facing 2 fighters on every mission.....

I've played quite a while on the highland campaign now, to day 30

Destroy separatist carrier, that should do it. If not, then destroy everything else and see what happens [:'(]

I only have the demo, but when i reached the rank commodore you can select transfer in the intro screen and change it to control the archon. when the mission begins open the deck menu and you can see the ships that have to be destroyed to complete the episode. i remember finding the carrier is a goliath class carrier. I remember at least that is in a sector where there is nothing neutral or friendly. and is in the edge of one of the quadrents. Just fire probes in each quadrent and you´ll find it. Be careful! they have destroyers guarding it and they launch plenty of fighters to attack the archon.

As of right now, I have the demo, but here's what I know about the Highland campaign: there are (at least in the demo) three main enemy task forces, one in Meridian (two DDs and two FFs), one in the sector you're in (Solus or Trellis, I can't remember; anyway, two DDs and two FFs), and the main force in Jalah, which is quite a bit larger, and includes CV Goliath. It isn't hard to take them all out, especially if you're already at Commodore, although you can't really play as a fighter; transfer to CV Archon and set up waypoints for your group (especially the Destroyer Squadron, since you can't control them directly) to jump to Jalah (once you've taken out the group in your sector.). Search for a while, and you'll find their carrier battle group (it's usually somewhere around Fort Talas); it's a long battle, but you'll win (expect losses, though; most of your air wing will bite it, and the FFs and a DD or two won't make it, either). Once you've taken out the entire group (you'll know by looking in the flight menu, and there'll be no more enemy ships in Jalah), end the mission so your ships can rearm and repair a little bit. Then do the same thing, for the battle group in Meridian, which will be somewhat easier, and viola! Victory shall be yours. Of course, that's assuming that the campaign is the same in the demo as it is in the full game. If not, hopefully some of that will come in handy anyway; using that strategy, I've cleaned up the entire enemy force in three days (three missions, one in each sector); it took me about 4 hours real-time.
