Average, fast paced allied player wanted

Hi guys,

I'm currently playing a PBEM with TheElf and I'm looking for another fair, reliable and fast paced player.[;)]
We are able to keep an average 7 turns by week and I really appreciated it.

Here are the options different that default :
Historical turn OFF
Automatic Upgrade for airgroups OFF
Sub doctrine both OFF
Player Define Upgrade ON

Turn cycle : 1 turn.

House rules :
If PH attack is cancelled due to weather, turn 1 will be replayed
