New Leaders

Crown of Glory: Europe in the Age of Napoleon, the player controls one of the crowned potentates of Europe in the Napoleonic Era, wielding authority over his nation's military strategy, economic development, diplomatic relations, and social organization. It is a very thorough simulation of the entire Napoleonic Era - spanning from 1799 to 1820, from the dockyards in Lisbon to the frozen wastes of Holy Mother Russia.

New Leaders

I am thinking of adding several leaders and otherwise doing some custom modding work on the leaders file. Is there any limit to the number of leaders in the game, or are modders free to add as many new leaders as they would like?

There is a limit of 2000 pieces in the game of all objects on the board and some not seen, so assuming you do not go passed that then you are ok.
