Partisan Bug

I copied this from a post I made in the current bug forum last week. Haven't received any response so maybe nobody saw it. [8D]

I didn't see this listed - but maybe I just missed it. There appears to be a bug with all partisan attacks. Factories and Rail will be damaged by partisans, but even when the attack succeeds against resources there is no effect in the current version of the game. Also - and perhaps I didn't test it enough to be sure - but it appears that when partisans are sufficiently strong, they will attack most enemy units but will not attack militia for some reasons.

Good catch - I never did pay attention to partisans except to curse when I forgot to place supply for them.

I will confirm that resources do not actually get destroyed despite the partisans claiming success.
I also found out that partisans never seem to attack a level 1 damaged rail or factory.
Thus there is no need to garrison against partisans if you have only resources and half capasity rail... Lets assume that is a bug.

I found that partisans do attack and kill MIL though. I left 4 territories steaming with partisans for the full 6 years - and lost a combined total of 3 units to them. 2 MIL and 1 INF. Not terribly frightening but it was there.
