D/L Failed Now What?

OK I get this all the time its seems..........well hasn't been for several months [:D]

Where do I go to get my D/L of Crown of Glory...........The original D/L failed???

Re login to the members area and download again.

You may want to use a download manager like "Getright" it will allow you to restart even if you get disconnect and pick up right where you left off. I've downloaded several games using dial-up connections with this.

OK Got finally to the Members area dug out my passwords and Serial # all I can seem to get to in the Downloads area is the patch??
Where would I get the Digital D/L of the main game??[:(]

You need to select store and then the country your from.

Wow this can be confusing for some reason..........
Logged in to my account and my games of which I have several however the only items I can D/L are are their respective patches.
Going to the store just takes me shopping again........I have already paid for the product but can't seem to find the D/L area as my initial D/L failed for some reason this time.

Can anyone advise how and where one can D/L the orginal game not the patches and I'm not willing to buy another copy just to get another serial number [:D]

Any help would be appreciated.

OK thanks figured out..........

After a couple of hours playing around with the various screens and logins and such found it under the Store, under your flag and then within a catergory called order status ? why this would lead to a digital D/L button is beyond me but all is well and I found it. [&o]
