Victory Screen Fix

I don't know if this is on the list. But I'd like to suggest you correct the victory screen for when the Allies get a total victory in '46 so that it shows a marginal victory per the rules.

PS - I know the rules say that if Total Victory "happens after 1945, then the Allied Total victory should be considered equivalent to only a marginal Victory." (Rule 12.3) But I think having the victory screen correctly reflect the condition is a good idea and will avoid confusion with players who haven't read the rule.
