visions of v 2.3 dance in my head

Post by stretch »

I know its Christmas; we all have things to do.
I know this isnt that important in the grand scheme of things.
But I know I am bored right at this moment and have nothing better to do than log on and ask:

I was just curious as to the status of the v2.3 update we are all excited about. I'm itching to start a new game but I dont wanna begin a 2.2 game with the new OBC41 due within days...

Cheers to all, happy holidays.

Major Tom has finished the update, and I'm giving it a final review. I should have it to David Heath for final release in a couple of days.

Happy Holidays!

Can the 2.3 patch be applied to an existing pbem game [by both sides]? Or must all games restart new?

You should probably continue current games on version 2.2. Version 2.3 has changes to icons and bases that will probably cause some weird effects in version 2.2.
