Embarrassing Question...

Crown of Glory: Europe in the Age of Napoleon, the player controls one of the crowned potentates of Europe in the Napoleonic Era, wielding authority over his nation's military strategy, economic development, diplomatic relations, and social organization. It is a very thorough simulation of the entire Napoleonic Era - spanning from 1799 to 1820, from the dockyards in Lisbon to the frozen wastes of Holy Mother Russia.

Embarrassing Question...

Post by Jarhead0331 »

OK...why is it that whenever I get into a land battle, its in quick mode and not in detailed mode? I went to the game options screen and the item "always use quick battle" is not highlighted...I tired finding info. in the manual, but I don't see anything...

What is this dumbass (me) missing?

Thanks in advance!

I'm at work so I cannot give you the exact numbers, but if your battles are below a certain troop amount level, they are automatically in quick mode....

That may be the problem...My battles have all been under 65,000 troops for the most part...I've been rushing to check out battle because it seems to take a fairly long time to levy and build troops...maybe I'm missing the boat on that one too...

I think both sides need to be 30,000+ men each to enter detailed combat.
