a while ago i had a bunch of viruses on my computer

so i went to comp usa to get sum stuff

i also got a temp monitor from ther that can monitor 2 components temps, but i forgot about it

i found it a while ago wile i was cleaning

i just installed it

and im getting conflicted readings

i will show u...

of course...

now the top 1 is the 1 that came with the case

the dual LCD display is the 1 i just now put in like 10 minutes ago

now...

the left temp probe i put by my vid card which is an ATI Radeon 9800

the right probe i put right by and almost on my processor

see how the right temp reading is similar to the top reading?

i think that the top reading is the CPU temp, and not the case temp as i had originally thought

current temps-

1. left lcd - 93.3
2. right lcd- 100.6
3. top display- 102.6

NOTE~

the right LCD probe is NOT in direct contact with the CPU thats why its off a bit

i m still worried its not the CPU temp so i will reposition the left probe later to confirm or deny this theory

i still wanna replace my cpu HSF with a tornado tho[:D]
