Patch Problems?

Post by decaro »

Re the new 2.42B: patch 2.41 replaces the defective 2.4, right? So do I still have to go from 2.4 - 2.41 - 2.42B?
I went from 2.3 - 2.41 - 2.42B and have noticed that some of my aircraft are lacking pilots, although none of the planes have disapeared to date.
Any clarification on this?
PS: I have enjoyed this game for years.

I've had this problem with the beta in SP (installing every patch in order). I have noticed though that saving and reloading seems to clear the bug. Otherwise some squadrons (I've only ever noticed it with Allies) seem to get stuck with only 1 pilot and 18 planes [:)]

Thanks to Zebedee for that "save scenario and then reload" 2.42B fix. But any info on 2.4 - 2.41 - 2.42?
