Upgrading Fm SPWAW v 1.0 to v2.1

In trying to upgrade to SPWAW v2.1 after installiation, when trying to start a game I error msg "A required .Dll File, SMACKW33.DLL WAS not found" then I get "SPWAW .exe The specified dynamic-link Library was not found' Will somebody please help me???I am a novice in this and don't know where else to turn.

THis is most likely caused by "nested folders"

Look for a second SP:WaW folder within your main SPWAW folder. COpy teh files to the corrsponding places in teh "higer" one and you should be fine!
