Problems with NT and spwaw

Problems with NT and spwaw

We(me and my friend) would like to play
spwaw by email. We downloaded the game,
installed it, but...
My friend can't even run the game. The game stucks in main menu, music is still playing, but game is no longer responding. He's using NT service pack 6.
I have NT service pack 3. I can run the game and play solitary game, but when I try to start game by email, program jams when it start create files to be sended to opponent. Files are created(I checked from the folder), but program is no longer responding.
Anyone had the same problem and solved it ?
or any ideas what might help us ?

I have Windows NT with service pack 3 and have only been able to PBEM when the opponet creates the game. Unfortunately I am limited to just playing with people who have Windows 95/98 and who create the game.

Unfortunately there are some problems with the WIN NT - Seems plpaying against the AI is best you can do right now. Fixing that is a VERY big job... WIN2000 works fine, so convince your Bosses to upgrade :-)

We both got now windows 2000 and are playing trough email and everything's cool :-)
