SPWAW Crashed during Artillery fire

I have just loaded SPwaw4.2. The game is great but it crashes (returns to the Windows Desktop) during (and only during) when I call in an arty strike. When I go back to the saved game and eliminate the arty, the game works fine. I have a P3, 256KRAM, Win98 and 17 Gig unused. Bad download? Any thoughts?

Recent: Loaded 4.3 and it solved the problem. I must have had a bad download or something. Thanks.
