Joining units?

Hi all.

First post!

Anyway, I have a question.

In Steel Panthers 3, I'm able to join two units into a single unit (like two tank sections of two tanks each into a platoon of four tanks, or two infantry sections of 20 men into a single platoon of 40 men) by tapping the 'A' key.

Is there a similar function in SPWAW, or is this not possible because of the use of single units, ie single tanks, guns etc.

(I'm asking this because I want to be able to join two or three scout teams into a single, larger scout section.)

Since we shifted the scale from platoon back to squad that feature had to come out. There is currently no way to join units. You can edit the unitsin the cenario editor or use the OOb editor to create a wider varity of unit strengths.

Ah well, I'll jump into the OOB editor, make recon groups of ten men in there.
