Feudalism Questions

Crown of Glory: Europe in the Age of Napoleon, the player controls one of the crowned potentates of Europe in the Napoleonic Era, wielding authority over his nation's military strategy, economic development, diplomatic relations, and social organization. It is a very thorough simulation of the entire Napoleonic Era - spanning from 1799 to 1820, from the dockyards in Lisbon to the frozen wastes of Holy Mother Russia.

Feudalism Questions

Feudalism penalties are mentioned as a function of "levels". What is a "level" of feudalism? I cannot find a definition.
All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.-Edmund Burke
Liberty lies in the hearts of men and women; if it dies there, no constitution, no law, no court can save it.-Judge Learned Hand

There are stable points on the feudalism slider - the ones you can move to as your settings. Fully to the left is zero, and then +1 for each 'step' coming out. Some game impacts are based on the feudalism level, and others of feudal income (which although tied to the level has a different scale - 1=12, 2=37 for example, from memory.)
