New 1 vs 1 Ladder Game

Post by Harrybanana »

Rules:
I'm Allies (I'll play Axis if you want, but I'm far less experienced as Axis so would prefer it be a non-ladder game)
Normal 1940,
Advanced supply
Fuel on
FOW on
AV off, but with house rule that if Axis hold either London or Moscow and have 70 VPs at end of Allied turn, then Axis win AV Victory
Oops, almost forgot, Allies can not bomb Japanese units in China or Russia to gain early USA entry and Russia can not bomb Japanese units in China to activate Russia vs Japan.

I could play AXIS. I have 2-3 games sort of in limbo...so am uncertain of dedicated time. 2 games are due to a player being in move status for up to 2 weeks. One of these games has seen demise of Japan in Su42...so maybe a done game anyway. Another seems to have trouble getting started.

I can usually play 830-1100pm weekdays(not Friday) and up to 6 hrs after 2pm on Sat/Sun. This tends to be 2-3 turns per week ...on a good week. Sometimes you get home from work and just want to veg<groan>

House rule...Axis 70pp with EITHER Moscow or London....only if Japan is still very active in the game. ie. if Japan is about to be captured...then game continues. I am uncertain if G can get 70pp without Japan being in good health.

not a 100% certain what NORMAL 1940 means. I take it you are talking "difficulty" level.
I tend to jivy the rail transport limits. more Russia in exchange for more Japan.

ladder game not necessary.

What part of world are you at? I trust you are open to commentary(2 - 3 turns) later.

Mike B...Ottawa Canada.
