Usage of the German units in the Czech OOB

Hi all!

I browsed through the OOBs to find the German rarities and found them.

But how do I get them into a game or even into a campaign?

Is there a "free" editor which can match SPOBEDIT?

SPWAWEditor is in the main directory. It allows editing all the files. In the CHLANDA dfolder is OOBDump that lets you dump the OOB contents to csv data that can be imported to a spreadsheet.
