Problems installing 5.01

When I unzipped 5.01 with Winzip (V8 I believe) the following error came up about half way through the extraction:

Use Path: no Overlay Files: yes
Extracting Spwaw-v50-Internet.exe
Error: invalid compressed data to inflate

The procedure I went through - opened winzip. double clicked on steel panthers. Let it unzip.

My system is:
AMD K6 4 400
64mb ram
Voodoo 2 12mb
1700 mb h/d space
